Viatrix may share relevant information with hotels, transport operators, guides, airlines, park authorities, permit issuers, activity providers, payment services or other suppliers needed to deliver the requested journey. Information is not sold. Suppliers may process information under their own privacy terms and applicable law.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect booking information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so travellers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through unverified channels and should confirm unexpected requests directly with Viatrix.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the booking, customer support, record-keeping and applicable legal or accounting obligations. You may ask Viatrix to correct your contact information, stop optional marketing messages, or explain the information held about your enquiry or booking, subject to applicable law and necessary business records.
